While Fed Square is awash in glorious pink light this winter – thanks to the presence of internationally-renowned French artist Cyril Lancelin’s The Knot – drop in at one of our many bars, restaurants and cafes to complete your Knot sensory experience!
Sip a classic French martini, dine on a delicious rosewater rice pudding or go the whole-hog and enjoy a full-blown French-inspired six-course degustation: we’ve got it all! And throughout the season of The Knot, we are also giving away special offers on many of these menu items, so keep your eyes peeled!

A delicious rosewater rice pudding decorated with rose petals, this sweet treat is a real delight for both the eyes and the tastebuds! On launch evening, 15 July from 4.30pm, we’re giving away 50 of these beauties for FREE if you head to atiyah and show them a #FedSquare tagged picture of The Knot on your social media account. So be quick! They won’t last long.

If you want to take your French experience to the next level, why not book a table for you and a loved one for our opening weekend of The Knot? Impress your beau with a six-course French-inspired degustation menu, from French-trained chef extraordinaire Tony Twitchett of Taxi Kitchen. This special menu is only available during opening weekend, so you’ll need to be quick! Allez allez! Menu includes:
- Mushroom cappuccino
- Tuna tartare with black caviar
- Rabbit terrine, pear & ginger chutney, truffle toast
- Crispy skin barramundi with champagne velouté
