From Monday 7 December, 2020
10:00am – 5:00pm
Doors will once again be open to the public from 7 December. In line with public safety measures, KHT will be implementing a range of public health and social distancing measures to ensure the safety of visitors and staff, including limiting the total number of visitors able to enter the building at any one time to 20, as well as requiring contact tracing compliance.
Come and check out the The 8th Koorie Art Show, Koorie’s annual end of year exhibition showcasing the work of Victorian based Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists.
With over 120 works there are a range of styles and mediums on display, and all works will be available for sale.
You also have the opportunity to see up and coming budding artists in The 3rd Koorie Art Show for Kids and Youth.
Open for business and stocking authentic Aboriginal products, ideal for Christmas giving, don’t forget to drop into Shop Koorie.
KHT Online will continue to keep its community connected in a virtual space, including an online virtual exhibition of The 8th Koorie Art Show, and the opportunity to purchase any of the artworks.
These incredible workshops for organisations, individuals and small groups will continue to be offered online, and delivered by Koorie’s experienced facilitators via Zoom.
What’s on hold?
For now, the ever-popular Aboriginal Walking Tours and the self-guided tours of KHTs collection will re-open at a later stage.
