The Boardroom at Fed Square offers a private and professional space to host your next corporate event or business meeting.
Located in the Crossbar Building at Fed Square, the Boardroom offers views of activity in the Main Square and provides an excellent opportunity to book additional event office or desk space to assist with managing large events and festivals in the Square. The room can also be used as a greenroom, private VIP space or off-site central meeting room for staff strategy days and other events.
The room is customisable with styling and furniture layout that can be altered to suit your next event. The default room set up features a 1.5m x 5.8m centre table with 14 boardroom seats. The centre table can be separated into three smaller tables, to create theatre-style or break-out seating configuration. The Boardroom has an in-built technology system including AV screen, microphone and speaker suitable for presentations, video content, virtual meetings and calls.
Catering options are plentiful from one of our many outlets around the Square.
Additional spaces and facilities are available and can be added to your booking.
