Meet the Queens
The Royal Family Dance Crew
Aotearoa-based viral hip-hop dance icons. They’ve had the whole world obsessed with Polyswagg energy since Bieber’s Sorry clip, backing it up with iconic Super Bowl halftime appearances with Rihanna and J.Lo.
Lead choreographer Parris Goebel coined the term ‘Polyswagg’, to describe the Crew’s distinct style – a portmanteau of ‘Polynesian’ and ‘swagg’ (confidence) that mixes ‘sassy woman fire with aggressive inner strength.’
For God Save the Queens, The Royal Family Dance Crew will lead the crowd in a massive, full-Square version of their viral videoclip dance for Justin Bieber’s Sorry.
