Wayapa is an Earth Connection Wellness Practice based on ancient Indigenous Wisdom. We are very briefly, introducing Wayapa Wuurrk through a relaxed workshop forum.
These are seed sowing sessions that aim to plant seeds of curiosity and reflection into the heart space of our audience. The journey of Wayapa commences with foundational teaching, exploration, observation, and deep appreciation.
We hope that those who are drawn to participate in our engaging sessions, are inspired to further explore what Wellbeing means for themselves and their community. Through Wayapa we learn that applying ancient ways of being and doing in contemporary contexts, can offer pathways towards holistic wellbeing.
With a Wayapa lens, we can appreciate the cycles and seasons of life. We can be mindful of our choices and we can be intentional in the way that we connect with each other, celebrating what makes us each unique, and what also unites us.
