Twitchett and Lambie started their journey at Taxi Kitchen (formerly Taxi Dining Room) back in 2004 and quickly made a name for themselves, earning 2 hats in The Age Good Food Guide and cementing Taxi Kitchen’s reputation as one of Melbourne’s top dining destinations.

Together, they have worked side by side for over a decade, and their upcoming event promises to take you on a journey through Taxi Kitchen’s rich history. From classic entrees to signature desserts, every dish will be prepared with the same passion and precision that has made Taxi Kitchen a beloved Melbourne institution.
