Getting There

Looking for a fun and sustainable way to update your children’s toy box? Come and join a free toy swap at Fed Square!

In collaboration with Zero Waste Victoria, we’re hosting a toy swap for kids and families as part of the RESET program and Zero Waste Festival.

The Big Toy Swap is a free, community event empowering families to keep toys out of landfill and in the hands of kids who will love them.

You can bring in (lightly) used toys, games or books that your child no longer uses – there’s a chance that someone else will enjoy it!

You can then exchange your existing toy (or toys) for something new-to-you and help children to see the value of second-hand and consuming less.

Times:

Toys can be dropped off from 11am-12.15pm.

The toy swap will start at 12.30pm.

Key information:

A maximum of six items per person will be accepted. Participants will receive tokens for each item they drop off which can be exchanged for another item.

This event is suitable for children ages 2-12.

The Big Toy Swap is presented by Zero Waste Victoria in partnership with Fed Square, as part of RESET.
