In order to change the world, we need more women in positions of power. We need more female entrepreneurs and leaders. There are countless resources detailing the massive gender gap in entrepreneurship, and there are a variety of reasons why women are being held back. One of them, is how we see the world. The images that we see, and the stories we hear impact our culture, and in turn, our subconscious beliefs about what we can and cannot achieve.
