Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters is proudly teaming up with local gin icons Four Pillars to launch Summer Sunday Sessions on their Terrace Bar.
Taking place most Sundays from 15 January until 26 March, Summer Sunday Sessions will feature bottomless Four Pillars Gin cocktails alongside a seven-course seasonal sharing menu curated by Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia and his team.
Running across two sittings, 11.30am-1.30pm and 2.30pm-4.30pm, the Sunday Sessions will also feature Melbourne DJ PhiNioUS spinning all day tunes to help beat those ‘Sunday scaries’.
In keeping with Victoria’s philosophy, the bar menu will hero unique regional producers from across Victoria. Dishes on offer will change with seasonality, but guests can expect to enjoy dishes such as Cobb Lane Sourdough with Inglenook Dairy salted butter; Fried Rockling Sandwich served with gribiche and kohlrabi remoulade; O’Connor Beef Skewers with black garlic glaze; Millbrook hand cut chips; Mount Zero biodynamic grain hummus and finishing off with a Cuvée chocolate brownie with a salted caramel sauce. A vegetarian menu can be is available if advised at the time of booking.
On the drinks front, guests will sip on non-stop refreshing and seasonally inspired cocktails made with Four Pillars distinctive gins including the Bloody Shiraz Gin, Rare Dry Gin and Fresh Yuzu Gin. Non-Alcoholic options will be on offer showcasing Four Pillars Bandwagon alcohol-free spirits. Guests will also enjoy a selection of bottomless Victorian wines and beers.
