The Spring Sunday Sessions will once again see Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters team up with local gin icons Four Pillars and feature seasonal shared grazing plates and bottomless Four Pillars cocktails along the alfresco Yarra side Terrace Bar. Running across two sittings, bookings can be made at 11.30am-1.30pm and 2.30pm-4.30pm and are priced at $90pp.
On the menu, guests can expect house favourites with a seasonal twist, such as Cobb Lane sourdough with cured meats and pickles, fried Bannockburn chicken, BBQ O’Connor beef skewers with salsa verde, BBQ lamb cutlets and Spud Sisters’ hand-cut chips with smoked mayonnaise. To finish, guests will enjoy a house-made macaroon and seasonal fruit pavlova. Vegetarian options are available on request. On the beverage front, guests will sip on a continuous flow of refreshing cocktails including the Sunny Honey, Sunday Sunrise and the Fizzy Pink Drink, each made with Four Pillars’ distinctive gins, including Bloody Shiraz Gin, Rare Dry Gin, and Fresh Yuzu Gin. Non-alcoholic options will also be available, featuring Four Pillars Bandwagon alcohol-free spirits. Guests will also have the pleasure of enjoying a selection of bottomless Victorian wines and beers.
