Start with a Champagne on arrival, then lead into a 4-course seasonal menu. For those feeling particularly festive, supercharge the menu with oysters and caviar.

Spanner crab, brown butter and sweet corn cream puff
Anchovy, white anchovy, ricotta toast

Tuna crudo, kolrabrih, capers, pickled onion, mint

Duck all’arancia, duck jus and treviso

Hazelnut white slaw

Panetone semi-freddo, cedro, roast apricots, grappa
Burnt orange, amaro frappe
