Baker’s Dozen is a lightning rod for the huge baking and pastry energy coursing through our town, bringing together some of the finest bakers, pâtissiers and Viennoiserie-daredevils from around Melbourne and beyond to present one-off treats, Easter-themed and otherwise in an open-air market that you won’t want to miss.

For two days, Fed Square is your one-stop shop for the best tarts, cakes, croissants, buns, canelés and more. With the cult-favourite likes of Lune, Baker Bleu, All Are Welcome, To Be Frank, Monforte Viennoiserie, Bread Club, Tarts Anon, Holy Sugar, Mali Bakes and The Flour rocking the line-up, as well as gluten-free gorgeousness from Kudo, a Baker’s Dozen-exclusive hot cross bun from Melbourne’s own Bakers Delight, and a special appearance from the brand-new Totti’s at Lorne team, Baker’s Dozen is going to bake your day.
