For two days, Fed Square is your one-stop shop for Melbourne’s best tarts, cakes, croissants, buns, canelés and more.

Baker’s Dozen is a lightning rod for the huge baking and pastry energy coursing through our town, bringing together some of the finest bakers, pâtissiers and Viennoiserie-daredevils from around Melbourne and beyond to present all the pastry deliciousness in an open-air market that you won’t want to miss.

The hit-favourite likes of Antara 128, Baker Bleu, Black Star Pastry, Bread Club, Falco, The Flour, Madeleine de Proust, Mali Bakes, Mietta by Rosemary, Monforte Viennoiserie, Tarts Anon, and To Be Frank are rocking the line-up, as are those legends of the gluten-free baking world, Kudo.

We’ve got cakes, we’ve got crullers, we’ve got cheesecakes, we’ve got canelés, we’ve got tarts (anonymous and otherwise), we’ve got salted dark chocolate financiers, we’ve got a Bread Club x Manzé pie collab, we’ve got a wattleseed teacake and a gianduja babka, we’ve got hot, hot, hot cross buns galore at the Falco Hot Cross Bun Bar, and we’ve got a whole lot more, sweet and savoury, on top.
