Join the official opening of Melbourne Music Week by recognising and acknowledging the traditional owners of the land, the Boon Wurrung and Woiwurrung, and are welcomed onto the land with the ancient custom of a Welcome to Country.
The opening night party on Friday 16 november at 6:00pm – 9:00pm is free and all ages and features an all Victorian line-up, led by Melbourne party starters Ara Koufax.
The long-standing electronic duo will be facing off with their equipment and delivering some beautiful, infectious, body-moving noise.
Come shake off your week, dance and celebrate as Federation Square pulsates with the beat of Melbourne Music Week, presented by the City of Melbourne.
