Melbourne International Piano and Strings Festival

In 2018, the Melbourne International Piano and Strings Festival makes a much-anticipated return with an entire week of masterclasses, seminars, and performances.

Following on from the success of the 2017 festival with participants from all over the world and a sold-out gala concert, the 2018 festival will again feature classes and performances by some of Australia’s most celebrated maestros.

This year’s gala concert will feature Australia’s top artists, including Trio Anima Mundi (Kenji Fujimura, Rochelle Ughetti, Noella Yan), Ian Holtham (Piano), Tamara Smolyar (Piano), and Lisa Grosman (Viola).

The best students from the festival will also be selected to perform.
