A retail offer like no other, The Convenient Store stocks a keen-eyed edit of food and drink, showcasing the very best Victoria has to offer, from the mass-made to the deeply bespoke and everything in between.

A Hundred-Mile Fish Tale

Wild-caught seafood has a new home this festival. Make for Fed Square’s Taxi Kitchen for an afternoon celebrating a hundred miles of superb Victorian fisheries: from the Mornington Peninsula to the Bellarine and the freshwater systems of the Goulburn River.

6pm-8.30pm & 7pm-9.30pm, 30 March | Hero, Victoria by Farmer's Daughters & Taxi Kitchen

Begin your tour of Fed Square at Hero, before making for Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters for something local, seasonal and certifiably delicious. Putting paid to a night of great flavour, the final stop is Taxi, an OG Fed Square restaurant with a banging new menu and an enviable rooftop view.

A celebration of the female force that drives the Victorian hospitality and wine industry. Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters’ group of talented female chefs, including Iman Mohamed, Daniela Martinez and Raina Kadar.

The anchor for MFWF’s snacking and drinking at Fed Square this March and April, The Festival Bar sports food from Tom Sarafian, the former Bar Saracen chef turned hummus king, along with drinks designed by the crack cocktail team from Lonsdale Street sensation Caretaker’s Cottage.

Baker's Dozen
