M/FW Pop Up 2

PRESENTED BY TAC − WALK WITH CARE

Focusing on the themes of self-determination in action and Blak voices through fashion, this Pop Up runway will showcase a diverse selection of established and emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander brands. Ranging from denim and streetwear with a message, to bespoke resort pieces and active wear – all tell a story of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples continuing connection to the land and waterways.

This pop-up is in collaboration with Trading Blak which aims to create a safe and transparent space to support these Blak businesses to be at the forefront when trading in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island culture.

The 12.30 session starts at City Square and the 1.30 session starts at Casino Tram Stop #115. Models rove through locations of Aboriginal significance, including Birrarung Marr, Federation Square, Southbank and the Promenades of the Yarra River.
