How to access Fed Square – Yarra Tram School Holiday Works

From Sunday, 27 June – Monday, 12 July, Yarra Trams and PTV will be conducting works to upgrade tram lines on St Kilda Road between Flinders Street and Southbank Boulevard. This will impact how you access Fed Square, including our galleries, cinemas, bars, restaurants and cafes. While access will remain open to cars and to pedestrians, some areas will be closed off, requiring rerouting of foot and vehicle traffic.

Note:

• The roads will be closed to traffic along St Kilda Road from Flinders Street to Southbank Boulevard.
• The pedestrian crossing from Flinders Street Station to Fed Square will not be operational
• For access to Fed Square from Flinders Street Station, you will need to cross opposite the Arts Centre on St Kilda Rd, and make your way down to River Terrace, or you will need to cross Flinders Street opposite Hosier Lane, to enter the Atrium
• Fed Square can be accessed via Birrarung Marr and the bike path along the Yarra
