In this video, Meagan teaches us the basic steps of Hula, and what Aloha means to Hawaiian culture and spirituality.
By the end of the video, you’ll be able to dance the Ka’ha, Kāholo, Hela and ’Uehe.

<h2>That&#8217;s a wrap, folks! The Little Food Festival in partnership with the Sandro Demaio Foundation, Monash University and City of Melbourne is over for 2020. </h2>
Read on for some of the highlights of the festival which included a cracking line-up of cameo appearances from sustainability superstars Bee Healthy, OzHarvest, Afro Hub, Lentil As Anything, Okei-san, ArtPlay, Beci Orpin, Stephanie Alexander, Costa Georgiadis, Julia Ostro and Pawa Foods!
