About Kenny Pittock
Kenny Pittock is an artist based in Melbourne who works with ceramics, painting and drawing to playfully critique the everyday, often using humour as an entry point to discuss topics, such as anxiety, from a personal and global perspective.
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2013, Pittock has held international solo exhibitions in Italy, Singapore and New Zealand, and exhibited his work throughout Australia, including at ACCA in Melbourne, PICA in Perth, Artspace in Sydney and MONA in Tasmania. In 2013 Kenny was the recipient of the Linden Postcard Prize and in 2017 Pittock was the recipient of Redlands Emerging Artist Award.
Pittock’s work is represented in many collections including Artbank, the City of Melbourne Town Hall Collection, the University of Queensland Gallery Collection, the Deakin University Collection and the Monash University Museum Of Art Collection. Kenny Pittock is represented by MARS Gallery, Melbourne.
