CANCELLED: Frenchy Weekends Giveaways

Due to ongoing stay-at-home restrictions, Frenchy Weekends Film Festival has now been cancelled. The Knot will be staying at Fed Square until September 19, so we look forward to sharing Cyril Lancelin’s incredible, immersive sculpture with you all when we return.

Who doesn’t love a giveaway? Each Frenchy Weekend we’ll be giving away cute merch, delicious food and more!

Posh Brioche

Serving delicious French brioche buns with yummy fresh fillings, Posh Brioche will be onsite over two weekends, from August 27–29 and September 3–5:

• 5pm–9pm on Friday and Saturday  
• 12.30pm–3.30pm on Sunday.

Posh Brioche has its origins in France, with Frenchman Nicolas Tremblay and his wife Charlotte not only being owners of this family business but also making and taking orders and serving a product they are proud of.

Charlotte and Nico have a desire to share this unique taste of France with the people of Melbourne, adding a little French gastronomic experience to any occasion.

Bonjour Fred and Fifi – Friday August 27 and Friday September 3 from 5pm–8pm

Find our lovable giant seagull friends Fred and Fifi, say ‘Bonjour!’ and receive your very own rose parapluie – that’s a pink Fed Square umbrella (limited to 75)! These are going to go like hot crêpes!

Cosy blankets to warm hearts and hands

We will be giving away delightfully cosy blankets before our French Film Festival screenings, to make sure you are rugged up and toasty! For just a gold coin donation of $2 or more, you’ll be able to feel warm inside as well as out, as all money raised will go to the Sacred Heart Mission – helping people who experience homelessness or disadvantage by providing shelter, food, care and support.

Blankets are available in four chic colours:

• Sacre Coeur Grey
• Parisian Sky Blue
• Bastille Blue
