Melbourne is proudly home to many different migrant and multicultural communities. Fed Square regularly recognises the National Days of countries around the world by raising the country’s flag.

On 4 February we’ll be celebrating the Independence Day of Sri Lanka with a flag raising.

Acknowledgement of country

Fed Square acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people, the Traditional Owners on whose land we gather and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from all nations of this land.
