Join 1,000+ other volunteers in Fed Square between 10am and 4pm, to assemble FORaMEAL kits that feed five people, from long-lasting ingredients such as rice, lentils, oats and essential nutrients. No experience or skills required and participation is free!

And it’s always more fun to make a difference with friends! So, whip up eleven of your colleagues and mates and team up to see who can assemble the most kits.
