Getting There

Fed Square will present the live stream from the Shrine of Remembrance for the 2022 ANZAC Day Dawn Service up on our Big Screen.

This ANZAC Day, the Shrine, in partnership with RSL Victoria, welcomes all Victorians to pause and reflect on the service and sacrifice of generations of Australians, and all those who suffer the consequences of war.

Be part of the longstanding tradition of the Dawn Service. All are welcome to commemorate on the Shrine Reserve. No tickets or bookings are required and there are no restrictions on numbers attending.

If you are unable to attend the Dawn Service in person at the Shrine, you can watch the live stream from Fed Square up on our Big Screen or tune in via the Shrine of Remembrance or Fed Square’s Facebook pages.

Key timings:

  • Dawn Service commences from 5.30am
  • ANZAC Day March commences from 8.30am with the movement by vehicle of mature of age or disabled veterans to the Shrine. The Official Party will lead marchers from Princes Bridge to the Shrine at 9am
  • A Commemorative Service will be held at the conclusion of the March
  • The service will also be live-streamed at shrine.org.au and on the Shrine’s (and Fed Square’s) Facebook pages and the Shrine’s YouTube channel (please see the YouTube video below). For more information visit shrine.org.au/anzac-day-2022
