This sustainable fashion installation is all about turning something old into something new and unexpected.
Ever wondered about repurposing old materials to create something more sustainable? Check out All The Rage – a two-day interactive pop-up installation with a unique and sustainable spin.
Led by sustainable art collective Fast Fashun, performance artists from the Rawcus Ensemble will create their ultimate high fashion looks using cast off costumes, textiles and materials.
At the end of the sessions, the costumes will be transformed into a new artwork about waste, clothing and bodies.
You can check out all the action while it’s happening – and even see the new outfits in a “High” Fashion Display in the Atrium.
Be sure to keep an eye out on the Atrium screens for a “High” Fashion photoshoot with Pia Johnson snapping the new outfits around the square.
This creative installation is all about promoting and celebrating sustainable fashion while simultaneously challenging who and what is considered ‘fashionable’.
