The Social Media & Content Specialist is an integral part of the Customer Experience (CX) team. The CX team focusses on building Fed Square’s reputation as a globally iconic, world-class, and cohesive destination. CX is responsible for the strategic leadership and performance of new commercial venue initiatives as well as effective and quality engagement with the general public, community groups, stakeholders, commercial clients/partners and the media for Fed Square.
The prime responsibility of this role is to manage social media and content creation to drive positive brand awareness and increase audience engagement with Fed Square.
