To manage and develop Fed Square to actively support and reflect Melbourne’s pre-eminent civic and cultural strengths.
From 23 November 2020, as per the advice from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the hospitality venue caps have been increased as per the below:
Public gatherings: Up to 50 people can gather outdoors from any number of households, excludes infants under 12 months.
Face covering: mandatory indoors unless an exemption applies. Face masks not required outdoors except where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
During this period, we will continue our high standard of cleaning service, with additional cleaning of high touch areas. Drinking fountains will remain closed. While hand sanitiser will be available onsite, we recommend visitors bring their own hand sanitiser and practice good hygiene.
Please carry a face mask with you, maintain 1.5 metres from others during your visit, and register your visit via one of the QR Codes onsite around Federation Square.
The below COVIDSafe Plan describes the actions that Fed Square Pty Ltd (‘FSPL’) has and will take to keep our employees, contractors, and visitors safe and reduce the risk of introduction and spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our work premises and onsite at Federation Square.
