Visit Fed Square’s The Atrium – that’s the indoor space between ACMI and the Ian Potter Centre – to see and understand one of the most fundamental and important underpinnings of the creation and commercialisation of Indigenous art – the International Indigenous Design Charter.
Designed for the empowerment of not just Indigenous Australians but for indigenous peoples across the world, the International Indigenous Design Charter will be proudly displayed for all to see from the 20th – 25th of May.
If you’ve an eye for the future of design and an interest in ensuring credit, attribution and the proceeds of commercialisation of art go to whom they really ought to be going, this exhibition will be of interest to you.
It’s a free event and no bookings are required – simply be there. See you soon!
