Jonathan Tribe is CEO of Fed Square. He has had a diverse and successful career leading and managing complex, high profile organisations, to deliver a broad range of critical services in the public and private sectors. Combined with more than 30 years of executive experience, Jonathan has also been a key contributor in various roles such as Director and President of industry bodies at a State and National level, which involved policy development, representation and advice to governments.
Since 2014, Jonathan has held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Victoria University. Previously he had been CEO at Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, was a senior executive at Delaware North Companies Inc. from 1997 and Managing Director of Delaware North Companies International from 2004 to 2010. These appointments followed an extensive executive career in the health sector that included Executive Director at the Royal Melbourne Hospital as well as Executive Director at the Western Hospital. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Economics) from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business Administration from Monash University.
Bill Blakeney commenced at Fed Square in 2000 as Manager Corporate Services. Bill has 35 years financial and general management experience in public sector organisations, including 10 years at the National Gallery of Victoria as Finance Manager and 10 years in senior administrative/finance roles at the Victorian College of Agriculture and Horticulture.
Bill is Vice President of the Yarra River Business Association, a Finance Committee member for Interact Ltd and until recently was a member of the Retail Sub-Committee of the Property Council of Australia. He is a member of CPA Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Venue Management Association and Fed Square Pty Ltd’s representative for the International Special Events Society and Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Rachel Cooper is the General Manager of Commercial + Public Engagement at Fed Square. Rachel has worked across a range of public organisations, including as the Chief Executive Officer at both IPAA Victoria and IPAA SA and Head of Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement at Wyndham City Council. Her destination marketing skills were honed while at the South Australian Tourism Commission, where Rachel led international marketing campaigns for the UK and Western Europe markets.
Rachel has worked on productions including “Hot Shoe Shuffle” with David Atkins and Rhonda Burchmore, “The Secret Garden” with Anthony Warlow and Marina Prior, The Australian Ballet, and Queensland Theatre Company, as well as touring productions for U2, Phil Collins, Sting and Janet Jackson.
Sharon Pollard is the General Manager Operations at Fed Square. She has accrued over a decade of extensive senior management experience in Facilities Management globally. Having spent 12 years overseas, she returned to Australia to commence work at Fed Square, following a successful career with a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions in the UK. In her current role Sharon oversees Capital Asset Planning and Replacement, Environmental Sustainability, Security and Emergency Management, OH&S, Accessibility, Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Tenancy Management, Cleaning and Waste Management..
With a broad range of “hands-on” international experience, Sharon is an active advocate for the Facilities Management industry. She is the Chair of the Facility Management Association’s Victorian Committee and also sits on their Diversity Portfolio Group.
