AIDC Ready to Celebrate 30th Anniversary

Registration is open for AIDC 2017, Australia’s premier event for documentary, factual and unscripted screen content, which returns to Melbourne from 5-8 March to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

Held at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), AIDC attracts a diverse mix of storytellers and industry decision makers from the Asia-Pacific and beyond. Reaching its milestone 30th anniversary in 2017, the upcoming AIDC will acknowledge Australian trailblazers and innovators, and celebrate the past, present and future of telling true stories on screen.

With keynote speakers announced as John Battsek (UK), head of Passion Pictures and producer of One Day In September; Amy Hobby (USA), producer of What Happened, Miss Simone?, and Ezra Edelman (USA), director and producer of O.J.: Made in America, AIDC 2017 promises to bring the best international film-makers to Melbourne for an incredible opportunity to learn and engage.
