Experienced yoga teacher Demi Fleeton will present these sessions as part of our Community and Wellbeing Programming.
Yoga sessions will place emphasis on safe, thoughtful movements, promoting a sense of awareness. Stretching and postures will focus on controlled breathing aiming to improve key health areas of core strength and flexibility. Take a break from the busyness of city life and incorporate meditation and tranquility into your day.
