An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the Fed Square team. As the face of Fed Square for our visitors, the general public, Fed Square staff and contractors, you will be required to be up to date of the events and activities happening at Fed Square at all times, responding quickly to enquiries and requests.
Responsibilities include answering and re-directing incoming calls, handling general enquiries from the public, distribution of daily mail, ordering stationery and maintaining office supplies, assisting in office filing and providing general support to the office through a range of supportive administrative duties as required.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A customer focused approach to service delivery
- Reception experience in a fast paced environment
- Enthusiastic and pro-active approach to tasks with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent typing skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proven administrative experience
- Experience with accounts administration (highly desired)
